The Blackburn Football Club affiliated with the Eastern Football League, invites applications for the following position for 2018.

ASSISTANT COACH UNDER 19’s

Blackburn FC plays in Division 1 and is one of the largest and oldest clubs in the Eastern Football League. We have a proven, successful football program that is continually evolving. Hence, we are seeking the right people to both lead and further develop this exciting program.
The successful candidate will be developed in line with the Club’s coaching and football program objectives, with a view for future coaching succession opportunities. The successful candidate will be required to:

• Support our player integration programs – U19’s to Seniors & U17’s to U19’s
• Be available to attend all U19’s training sessions
• Support the U19’s head coach in building appropriate tools such as player development KPI’s, match review and preview materials

Previous coaching experience will be an advantage, however those with a passion for teaching and developing young footballers while seeking to embark on a coaching career are also encouraged to apply.
